Holbein - Gouache (Opaque Watercolor) - 12 Color Set - 5ml Tubes

Gouache (opaque watercolor) is made from pigment in a gum arabic medium. Because it contains more pigment than transparent watercolor, it lets you build up color and cover the layers beneath, creating solid, flat areas of color. This set contains twelve 5ml tubes.

Features:
- Vivid color - the beauty of carefully selected pigments comes through directly on the page
- Excellent lightfastness, using plenty of high-quality, fade-resistant pigments
- Strong hiding power, so colors cover the layers beneath for bold, opaque coverage
- Can also be used as an ink for woodblock printing
