Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and email address at: support@kittomaru.com

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, please see our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

-The item must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, in its original packaging.

-You must contact us within 7 days of the package being delivered to request a return.

-The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in new, unopened condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for your return at: support@kittomaru.com. We'll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Items that arrive back to us used, opened, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

Chargebacks and Right to Refuse Service

We take fraud and chargeback abuse seriously. If a customer files a chargeback rather than contacting us to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to refuse future orders from that customer and to close their account. Before filing a chargeback, please contact us at support@kittomaru.com so we can assist!
