Refund policy

KittoMaru return policy: 

The item must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, in its original packaging. You must contact us within 7 days of the package being delivered to request a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in new, unopened condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for your return at: support@kittomaru.com. We'll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Items that arrive back to us used, opened, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
