Shipping policy

Handling Time:

Our handling time is typically 7 business days. We do not process orders on the weekends. This is the time we need to prepare and pack your order before it ships out.

Handling time is separate from shipping time.

Handling time covers preparing your order. 

Shipping time is how long the carrier takes to deliver once your package has left us.

Please keep both in mind!

Shipping: 

We ship our orders with Japan Post! The delivery estimates on the check-out page are the ones provided by Japan Post. Please note that these delivery estimates do not account for any delays in customs processing times. Shipping costs will be calculated on check-out and are weight based. A list of available countries we ship to will be displayed on the check-out page as well. 

Shipping Methods:

International Air Packet: Estimated 10 - 21 business days delivery. An afforable Japan Post shipping method for orders up to 2kg! 

EMS: Estimated 3 - 7 busines days delivery. A fast express airmail shipping option offered by Japan Post!

For heavy orders: If you would like to order a heavy item, such as a spray booth or compressor, we can also offer shipping with Japan Post's Surface Seamail Shipping. This shipping method is more afforable than EMS, however the delivery is estimated to take 2 - 4 months.
