About the Ubuge series

The Ubuge series of GodHand Brushes uses softer bristles than the standard GodHand Brush. As with every GodHand Brush, each hair is handcrafted by an artisan who specializes in synthetic fibers, and unlike typical synthetic brushes, the bristles don't dry out, resist breaking, and feel like new every time. The Ubuge series takes this further with even finer, softer bristles, so the tip feels as soft as baby hair. Even with water-based paints, which form a softer film, you can spread color smoothly without the tip scraping the film away. It's also handy for laying down thin coats of specialty or heavily thinned paints.

-The bristles are pure Japanese-made synthetic fiber (PBT), so both water-based and solvent-based paints can be used with confidence.

-Each brush is handcrafted individually by Japanese brush artisans who specialize in synthetic bristles.

-Animal-hair brushes tend to break down and grow brittle when soaked in solvent, but GodHand Brush bristles use solvent-resistant PBT, so they hold up far better.
